Identity
Constructing an identity means individualizing what makes your company, product or service competitively different than the others.
It means knowing how to communicate this asset using images and words and understanding how people will perceive your images and message in order to have the most engaging and positive customer reaction.
From institutional advertising to the corporate identity of an event or of an informative campaign, our objective is to guarantee a synergy between strategic thoughts and creative, original solutions.
Web Design & Development
Correctly planning a website means believing in Internet’s power to be an impetus to your business and an instrument for advancing your communication and marketing exposure. It means making it user-friendly, and getting the most out of its complex system.
We can manage the entire creative and productive process of an Internet project: from concept to graphic design, from editorial contents to the development and integration of advanced applications.
The solutions we propose are personalized to each client, are user-friendly, easy to manage, long-lasting and of high quality.
And without a doubt, our websites are designed to obtain tangible and measurable results aimed at maintaining prefixed objectives while guaranteeing maximum benefits from your investment.
Strategies
Creativity constitutes a business’ Market Value Added. It is capable of improving the performance and credibility of institutions, products and services; and it is not an automatic revelation. It is the end product of the analytical process of the competition, market trends and brand positioning. It is knowing which medium should be utilized for reaching the desired market and the message that should be present in the medium.
We are analytical and determined. We can offer strategic insights, propose innovative solutions, and respect small or large budgets with the same attention and punctuality necessary for reaching company goals.

It's the people that make the difference
That’s right. Like other things in life, what‘s important to us is quality, not quantity.
And we try to keep our feet on the ground.
Our goals are to create appealing and distinctive brands and create effective campaigns founded on straightforward, simple strategies, without being restricted to departments or hierarchies.
So, if you are looking for an “account” or “project” manager or the “Creative Manager”, you might not find them. At The Docks you won’t find these figureheads. We prefer to avoid inflated egos and prices and concentrate on creative performance.
We believe in an accessible exchange of talents, professionalism and being alert and open to cross-cultural considerations in order to get the best ideas possible while keeping in mind where the target market is.
We hope that this philosophy and practice makes us faster, more flexible and more affordable. Attributes which benefit, above all, our clients.

Lucchini 2007-2009institutional communication
Lucchini Group is one of the most dynamic and diversified producers of steel in Italy. It has been a European leader known for its high quality long and specialized products.
A long time client of professionals who are now part of The Docks, the management team at Lucchini entrusted its institutional image to our team during the delicate period in which Lucchini joined the Severstal Group.
We reorganized Lucchini’s image and brand positioning coordinating all its institutional communication through the use of institutional brochures,
its annual report presentation as well as promotional catalogues for specific products. We then created a product print campaign for specialized sector magazines and overhauled its corporate website.
The Docks also produced institutional videos utilized by Lucchini at a national and international level. The Docks manages, as well, the company’s press releases.
Planter's 2007-2008print and TV campaigns
Planter’s, an important name in the natural cosmetics retail business, has invested a considerable amount of its revenues in marketing and advertising in the past few years. In 2007 Planter's asked The Docks to create a national print and TV campaign in order to get its Aloe Vera products positioned in the beauty retail market.
Then, in 2008 The Docks created a new campaign, this time principally TV, to launch Planter’s new hyaluronic acid line.
We created a 15-second spot, which was broadcasted on major Italian TV stations. The launch program was coordinated with a print campaign for maximum audience engagement.
After our launch program success, Planter’s asked for more. The Docks started working on the launch program for two more new products: “Perfect Eyes Night” and “Perfect Eyes Lids”. We created two 15-second TV spots for each product. We believe we’ve helped get Planter’s a secure position in the competitive market.
